Return policy

We accept returns ( cages, play stands, cage covers ) within 30 days of Purchase for a refund less shipping costs and restock fees

To return an item and receive your refund: These steps must be followed: READ ALL CARFULLY

1. Contact birdcagesgalore.com within 30 days of purchase first to receive a return address and instructions. (items returnded without contacting us first will be rejected)

2. Item must be Un-used ( new condition )

3. Item must be in original packaging with all parts, paperwork and warranty cards included

4. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back

• Shipping insurance is recommended to cover the cost of the item.
• If there is damage on return - you will have to recover the cost of the item by filing a claim with the shipping company.
• We are not responsible for damages on return
• Item must be returned with a way to track the item

5. After the item arrives back to the warehouse we will check to see that the item is in new condition and undamaged.
If we find that all instructions have been followed we will issue your refund

6. Your refund will include the item price less shipping charges incurred by BirdCagesGalore.com ( if you would like to know what the shipping cost are email us.)

* Additionally, a 15% restock fee will be deducted for cages & stands. A 10% restock fee for bird cage covers.

You can cancel for a full refund if your item has not been shipped.

If your item has been shipped the RETURN POLICY applies.

We DO NOT accept returns on toys or perches.

Defective materials Broken welds

• Powder Coated cages 6 Month warranty
• Stainless Steel cages have a 2 Year warranty

Warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, abuse, negligence or putting a bird in a cage that is not designed for the type of bird.

Please make sure the cage you order is right for your bird. Larger parrots have strong beaks and the proper bar size is important. If you place a large parrot in one of our smaller cages and the bird damages the cage, it will not be covered under the warranty. If you have any questions about the right cage for your bird, please let us help you choose the proper cage for your bird.
