Large Cages are shipped via Freight Carrier

  • Shipping Company will call to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • Consignee must be present at the time of delivery and willing and able to assist in removing items from the truck.
  • This type of delivery will require Inspection and a Signature.
  • Customer MUST note the condition of the item on the delivery receipt when signing for it. If you cannot inspect the item at the time of delivery please NOTE: Possible Concealed Damage when you sign.
  • Frailer to note "damage" on the delivery receitp will result in shipping damages not be covered.

Lift gate service is availble at an extra charge. ( customer is responcable for extra charges )


Smaller Cages and Items Shipped Via Common Carrier

Inspect your order right away for any damage. 

Damage must be reported within 2 days of receipt ( NO EXCEPTIONS )

Pictures and detailed decription of damage must be emailed to info@birdcagesgalore.com

All other items

( Toys, Perches, Accessories ) are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS

To Report Damage:

Damage or missing parts must be reported within 2 days of receiving your item.

  • You must have the box (s) and packaging to report a damage issue.
  • You must keep the packaging until the issue is resolved.
  • We will need pictures to help us assess damage and put in the claim
  • Email us at info@birdcagesgalore.com with a detailed description & Pictures of the damage.

Damaged parts will be replaced as long as they are reported in the 2 days. For freight shipments the bill of ladding must be signed with "damaged" to put in a damage claim.

Please let us know right away if you have any missing parts.

Any missing parts will be sent to you as soon as possible

Damage and Missing Parts must be reported within 2 days of receiving your item. (Freight Damage must be NOTED on the bill of Ladding when you sign.

Shipping Times

We work very hard to ship orders within 5 business days.

Transit time takes from 2 to 14 business days from shipping date to delivery.
(Depending on where you are located.)

Order Tracking

You will be emailed tracking numbers soon after your item has shipped.

Your phone number must be provided for the shipping company to deliver your order.


We must have a valid email address to send you your invoice and shipping information.

If you do not receive via email an order confirmation within 24 hours after ordering please let us know.
