To Report Damage: Damage or missing parts must be reported within 2 days of receiving your item. |
Damaged parts will be replaced as long as they are reported in the 2 days. For freight shipments the bill of ladding must be signed with "damaged" to put in a damage claim. Please let us know right away if you have any missing parts. Any missing parts will be sent to you as soon as possible Damage and Missing Parts must be reported within 2 days of receiving your item. (Freight Damage must be NOTED on the bill of Ladding when you sign. |
We work very hard to ship orders within 5 business days. Transit time takes from 2 to 14 business days from shipping date to delivery. |
