I received the P84030 bird cage on Wednesday March 17, 2010 just before going out of town on Friday March 19, 2010. I was unable to inspect it at the time it was delivered, but was able to upon returning from out of town on Saturday March 27, 2010, and found no damage or missing parts what-so-ever, and was impressed as to how well it was packaged. I was also amazed by how easy it was to assemble. I also want to let you know that I find the cage to be absolutely awesome and beautiful! My Umbrella Cockatoo loves it (it is quite bigger than the one she had for the past 7 years) and she took up residency before I even got it put into place. This cage was well worth the price.
I also want to thank you for the house warming gift; it was very generous and kind of you. I am one VERY satisfied customer who you can be assured will remain your customer for future items, toys and etc. I found it a pleasure speaking with you via phone concerning this order and a pleasure doing business with your company and will have no problem recommending your company to others whom I may come across that have the need for your merchandise.
